Welcome to the ACC Training Hub’s course on the Known Consignor. This program will allow you to pass the Known Consignor Basic Security Training.
The Security Program will explain what security measures should be in place at your site, when and how you identify air cargo and the processes you take to protect it thereafter until it leaves the site. You’ll also find out how to ensure that all identifiable air cargo (secure) is transported securely and is received at the nominated Regulated Agent in a tamper-free condition. It is the responsibility of all employees to ensure that this is carried out.
The course runtime is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes and will be made up of 10 modules. To pass this course, you will need to achieve a minimum of 85% of the available 30 marks. If you have met the minimum pass rate of 85%, our team will send you out your certificate to your email, employer, or by mail depending on the agreement made prior to you starting the course.
At the end of every module, you will face a small test consisting of 3 questions to make sure you were paying attention during the course. This must be completed for each module before you can proceed.
To proceed through the course, each module will welcome you with a presentation video. The video must come to its completion before you can begin. Once the presentation has finished, within five seconds, you will have the links pop up at the bottom of the page to continue. You will then need to take the module test to progress to the next module.
